Assembly and dismantling
Assembly, dismantling and relocation of factory equipment and whole production lines.
Moving a production line is a task of organisation, not muscle. What comes off first, how it is labelled, how it travels, and what must be ready at the new location before the truck leaves.
What we take on
- Dismantling of factory and industrial equipment with labelling and an inventory of every assembly.
- Transport organisation, including oversized parts.
- Reassembly, alignment and connection to the existing infrastructure.
- Clearing and reinstatement of the vacated area.
Working in a live plant
- Production usually does not stop because of us. Work runs in stages, within agreed windows, often at night or at weekends.
- The sequence is written down in advance and followed. Improvisation inside an operating plant is expensive.
