Sludge engineering for treatment plants
From the plant survey to the input data for the investment decision.
Our oldest field beyond steel — since 2009. We do not sell a machine. We compare the whole path of the sludge and say which option is economically justified for that particular plant.
What we do for the plant
- Survey and collection of the real data: flow, moisture, dry solids, organic fraction.
- Assessment of centrifuges, presses, polymers and the operating regime.
- Material flows and a preliminary energy balance.
- Comparison of technology options and the choice between stationary, container and semi-mobile solutions.
- Organisation of trials with the manufacturer's equipment and specialist, on the site itself.
- Input data for the techno-economic assessment and the business plan.
Why we do not start from a machine
- No technology is best for every plant. The right answer depends on volume, composition, available heat, space, logistics and cost.
- So we measure first, compare second, and choose equipment last. The reverse order is expensive.
